Trump Arrives In D.C. For Arraignment

(Washington, DC) — Former President Trump is inside a Washington, D.C. federal courthouse. He is set to respond to charges filed against him in connection to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. A federal grand jury handed up an indictment against Trump on Tuesday. Trump faces four counts including conspiracy to defraud the United States. He claims the charges are an attempt by President Biden to interfere with the upcoming presidential election. This is the second time Trump has faced a federal indictment this year along with another indictment from the state of New York.
