Portland’s Unemployment Rate Edges Up Slightly In March

PORTLAND, Ore. – The unemployment rate in the Portland metro area was 4.2 percent in March.
That’s up slightly from 4.1 percent in February and 4.1 percent a year ago.
Total non-farm employment held steady at over 1.2 million jobs.
