POLICE: Deadly Crash At Portland Homeless Camp Intentional

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police in Portland say a crash at a homeless camp appears to have been intentional.
Witnesses say during a fight, Shane McKeever threatened to run over people who lived at the camp on Southeast Belmont and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Police say he later hit James Bentley with his car at speeds of up to 50-miles-an hour, dragging the victim and his belongings.
