Pedestrian Fatally Struck In Southeast Portland Crash

Portland, Ore. — On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 6:13 a.m., officers responded to a crash at Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and Southeast Cora Street. The incident involved a driver and a pedestrian, resulting in the death of an adult male pedestrian in the southbound lanes of Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard. The driver, present at the scene, is cooperating with the investigation.
The Portland Police Bureau’s Major Crash Team is investigating the incident, leading to the closure of Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard between the Ross Island Bridge and Southeast Cora Street.
