EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — It’s a big day for Boeing.

The big aircraft manufacturer will report third-quarter financial results Wednesday.

Then company officials will wait to learn whether striking workers are going back to their jobs.

Boeing has already signaled that it will post a big loss for the third quarter.

It’s less clear whether members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers will approve a new contract offer from the company.

Or if they’ll reject the offer of 35% pay increases over four years and remain on strike.

Results of the vote are expected Wednesday night.
