Homeless Woman Rescued From Flood

The heavy rain quickly flooded their camp at the Three Creeks Natural Area in Clackamas. It's very close to a creek.
Firefighters say the rescue was challenging because it was dark and rainy and the water was rising.
The woman used her 9-1-1 only cell phone to call for help.
