Getting Ready For The Grand Floral Parade

Portland is going through a lot of glue today as float builders ready their entries for tomorrow's Grand Floral Parade. One couple drove their motor home all the way from Redding, California because the wife always wanted to help build a float. The floats have until 5pm today to be ready for judging. Then they will be towed to Memorial Coliseum and be ready to roll at 10am tomorrow as the Rose Festival's biggest parade gets underway. The forecast calls for mostly dry weather.
